I have been with ubu 15 years this month and what a journey it's been.
I started working with ubu as an enabler, working in a lovely service, where my confidence and abilities grew and grew. I absolutely loved what I did, but didn’t want to stop there, so I soon became a PSA 2 and 3 ( what would be an assistant manager now).
I quickly started to manage a small team and met the most amazing people, the staff teams, and the people we serve.
With my confidence and skills growing I then moved to bigger services supporting people with very complex lives. Today I am on the regional team and still love the journey I am on.
