SUPPORT ROLES

By joining our Enabling Support Team you are part of our crucial front line! and will therefore be trained accordingly to provide vital support to those we serve, support that is of the highest quality and consistency. We achieve this by equipping you with effective listening and communication skills and expect from you an already innate sense of respect, kindness and duty of confidentiality for others.

You will also definitely need to possess, a positive ‘can do’ approach and the ability to rise to challenges with integrity, discipline, calmness and self confidence in providing those we serve with the ultimate aim of: greater independence, self esteem and happiness.

MANAGEMENT ROLES

ASSISTANT SUPPORT MANAGEMENT

By joining our Management team you will be part of a group of highly skilled individuals that ensure those we serve and their families are provided with the highest level of quality and consistent service at all times, as part of the team you will use your skill to manage the Enabling Support Teams ensuring they are fully competent equipped and confident in their ability to fulfil the needs of those we serve.

REGIONAL MANAGEMENT

Our Regional Management team are a group of agile and active leaders to an allocated group of ubu supports, by joining this team you will be responsible for the delivery of excellent operational management and financial performance, ensuring all legislative and quality assurance requirements are met in accordance with ubu’s mission and values.

SPECIALIST ROLES

As a member of our team of Specialist and Senior Managers you would be, as the title suggest a subject specialist nsure that our enabling and support workers and management staff are initially carefully selected, recruited through our friendly ubu ‘onboarding process’ You will be responsible for the highest standards in employment welfare, excellent health and safety provision, ensure a continual programme of training and skill advancement opportunities and an efficient payroll.

We also offer leading edge project management, marketing of the ubu offer and communications planning to ensure those we serve are provided with the highest professional standards at all times.

ADMINISTRATION ROLES

Our vibrant Admin team based in Harrogate ensure our enabling support workers and management staff have all the resources and information they need, exactly when they need it. As part of this team your focus is providing the best possible support for enabling the care of those we serve.

As a team member you will become a specialist in on-boarding our new team members, supporting finance, communications and event management, Information Communications Technology (ICT), Learning and Growing or Quality Compliance.

As with all our team members we love a ‘can do’ attitude and want individuals who are committed to producing great work and providing excellent service, you will be working as part of our extremely happy team at The Hub in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
