I normally work at the Hub but for the last 8 weeks I have been working from home. Last year we all worked from home for a week during the UCI event in Harrogate. This prepared us for having the technical means to work effectively and only lasted for one week.
Now we are entering the 8th week of working at home, I realise that I can all too easily lose track of time and days. A side effect of this is the loss of contact with colleagues you would normally see quite frequently. The cure is to remember to “MS Teams” people and ask how they are and be honest with how you are. We are one big team and work better as a team.
