I am part of the Compliance Team at ubu and I am a strong advocate for dignity, consideration and mutual respect. One of my guiding values is to ensure that personal and professional integrity is upheld at all times.

My career within Health and Social Care began in 1982, which means I have over thirty years experience of working with vulnerable people. I joined ubu in 1992 and have held varied roles with the company including: Recruitment and Selection, Training program management, Development and delivery, Employee Welfare, Health and Safety and Quality Assurance.

ubu has provided me with a rich variety of opportunities and experiences in a very similar way to how we deliver to the people ubu serve. it is this commitment to ubu’s customers, its values and vision that keeps me motivated and fully committed to my role at ubu.

I strive to combine my knowledge and experience in these areas so that I deliver the best service to the people ubu serve and to ubu as an organisation.

My professional qualifications include a Bsc Honours Degree in Community Studies from Bradford University, and a Masters Degree in Leadership & Management in Social Care, as well as the NEBOSH National General Certificate.
