ID Requirements
As per the email instructions you have received, You will be required to provide identification documents to satisfy two key criteria for working in Health and Social Care.
Firstly, identification that demonstrates your right to work in the UK, and secondly Identity and other documents to apply for a DBS check.
Please follow the instructions in the email to submit your documents for review
Please ensure that all images show a clear picture of your document. If it is a Passport or Drivers Licence it must also include an image of the front and back inc. outer covers.
You are also required to send any copies of relevant Health and Social Care qualifications for the role you are applying for.
Failure to present the documentation prior to interview will prevent you from being interviewed and will delay the progress of your application
