To raise awareness for this day you can find events such as marathons, walks, public talks, fitness classes and many more. Another way support is shown for this day is by landmarks, monuments and famous buildings turning red to bring awareness to heart disease.
To celebrate this day be more attentive to your heart health, you can do this by partaking in physical activities, stopping smoking, drinking no alcohol or decreasing the amount you do drink and starting a healthy diet.
