In these unfamiliar and worrying times, it's important to not only consider the effect lockdown has on the people we serve, but the staff team too, including the agency staff team.
I find honesty to be the best policy, be honest to the people we serve on what when and why we are doing the things we are doing, and be honest with ourselves. If you are struggling, speak to someone, don't suffer, or struggle alone, there is always help out there if you need it.
I'm thankful to ubu for their honesty and clarity. I know of other companies who are not as open as ubu. Stay positive, have fun at work - karaoke, pub nights, film nights, game days, online games on MS Teams, exercise days, arts and crafts etc but most of all Stay Safe.
