Achieving my goals

Hi, my name is Johnathan. I would like to share with you my weight loss journey. At the beginning of the year, I put on weight I got to 16 stone. It made me feel down about myself I decided. I wanted this to change for my own health and well-being.

So I decide to get help from my enabling team. We came up with a plan.

I signed up at a local gym in Kirkstall if anyone and started to go every day my favorite part of the gym is running on the treadmill. This was hard at first, but I stuck by it and now it's easy. This shows you if you really want something stick to your plan and you will achieve great things. I then started to look at the way I eat I was losing weight but it was taking a long time

So, I decide to change the way I eat.

I joined the local slimmer’s world Bramley Baptist church and now go every week.

I contacted my talking enabler, and we now do healthy cooking 3 times a week.

My favorite dish I cooked was a healthy hot pot that we cooked from scratch.

I am losing weight every week, I am now at 15 stone, and I feel amazing I am happier and healthier than I was. If you join me at the gym, I would love that or if you would like some advice I am here to help.
