Put Your Health First.
This year, with all its unprecedented changes, was a time to redirect our attention to well-being.
Sit Less, Move More. If you haven’t the time or energy for regular exercise, rest assured — even a moderate level of physical activity can benefit your health.
Cook more of your own meals – learn some new dishes.
Take up a new hobby – Pilates, cycling, or running, for example, walk more.
Each person may be able to consider lifestyle changes – some may stop smoking, why not team up with a buddy to encourage each other.

Think of the Environment
Cut down on your use of plastic – Keep a cotton bag with you when out.
Consider undertaking a ‘Meat Free’ Monday – it is only 1 day out of 7!
Recycle and reuse more.
Bring reusable bags on errands.
Bring your own reusable water bottle.
Hang your laundry to dry.
Use eco-friendly cleaning products.
Convert to using bars of soap in the New Year rather than using soap from a plastic bottle.
Do a litter pick in your local area.
