I am taking on this responsibility in a new role as ubu's Executive Lead Quality Monitoring Manager and will be monitoring and analyzing the quality and outcomes of all our services. I will also take the lead role of ensuring our new Learning and Growing Management System currently being developed, is embedded throughout ubu by the end of March 2012.
Everyone's getting ready to learn and grow!
With me moving into this new role, Julie Windress will be taking over the management of our employee Learning and Growing Management System.
She will be responsible for arranging and administering all activities and resources for each member of staff, working closely with all Line Managers. Julie will ensure every member of staff gains the proficiency to deliver significant quality outcomes, whilst conforming to the required standards at all times. She will be responsible for bringing about the development of personnel competencies and skills.
Learning and Growing personal competencies and skills is a continuous process each staff member needs to undergo. Whilst at the same time accommodating the specific needs of those we are here to serve, their families and the specific area of the ubu team in which they perform.
You will be aware that professional continuous evaluation has been brought about by the new Learning and Growing competency evaluation requirements. Having researched its benefits we understand and appreciate the need and value of the Kirkpatrick model which ubu will have in place by the end of 2011.
