We have arrived at the appraisal time of the year, reviewing how we feel our own work is going.
This is where we look at how we can improve our own performance in line with:
• the needs of the organisation;
• our customer service;
• our teamwork;
• identifying what further skills to learn; and,
• improving our own career prospects.
Sharing together with our Line Manager our understanding:
• of what we’re good at and where we need to develop further;
• looking at how we can keep our communication consistent;
• of how we can unite and work together;
• of what we are enthusiastic about,regarding what we do;
• of how we can pool our individual skills and work together better;
• agreeing mutual actions to progress forward.
Looking at your ideas regarding how we can do more with less. Now is the time to change, it’s your time to explore, so enjoy.
