It’s coming up to that time of year again when we focus on how everything is going. We take a close look at what we need to learn, do better, improve on and importantly question what are we each doing well?
This year the 'How is it 4 U' appraisals will be running throughout May and June; it will be a great event.
The Consumer First accreditation award, ‘Staff First, Consumers Always’ highlighted how the people within ubu are really engaged. This showed through in many ways, not in just what Consumer First fed back, but more so in the way everyone really rallied around to participate in the sessions and interviews, allowing the assessors to gain a real insight into consumer support within ubu. There was a great strength shown by all, demonstrating the engagement with the organisation and the work undertaken; which is fabulous and we want to continue in this vein.
Hence why we believe that the 'How is it 4 U' appraisals should be more exciting, engaging and experiential. So, this year you won’t be sat in the service area with your manager filling in forms on a computer. In true ubu style the How is it 4U will be a memorable event, one we hope everyone will enjoy, alongside looking at personal learning and growing needs in line with our consumer requirements.
