We also take great pride in being able to demonstrate our incredible outcomes and legal compliance to governing bodies such as local authority personnel, commissioners and CQC inspectors.
Having reviewed our current systems we recognised the potential improvements that could be made and in 2013 are making essential changes. For example we have a number of systems that entail a large volume of repetitive manual data input, which we recognise as a waste of resources. Therefore we will be implementing a new system called ‘Access’ which will revolutionise our personnel and employee on-boarding process by providing a great deal of automation; something which will significantly reduce data entry work, and will also provide relevant alerts for things such as CRB renewals so that our staff can work much more efficiently.
This new system will also provide automated reporting functionality which will be crucial in terms of having the information we need at our fingertips.
‘Access’ is one of many changes that will not only improve the way we work, but will also instil confidence in our stakeholders, which will in turn make us easier to do business with.
