Description of Duties:
We Care..About helping people with learning disabilities and addtional needs to live an independent life in their home and community.
We are looking for Enablers to deliver support to tenants in a way that promotes their independence, dignity, self -esteem, personal development and learning needs whilst maintaining a safe working and living environment.
Experience in the care field is not essential as we provide a comprehensive training package and a commitment to supporting your career development. There is expectation that the successful candidates will either currently hold an NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care or be committed to working towards this.
